Our fees are based on the costs associated with providing quality care. Insurance should be viewed as an aid in meeting your financial obligations to this office. In most cases, you should not expect that all fees will be covered by insurance.
We will submit insurance claims automatically, based on information you have provided at your initial visit. Deductibles, co-insurance and balances not paid by insurers are the responsibility of the insured.
